Norton 360 may block you from installing Brother's Keeper if this new version of BK has not already been installed by lots of other users.

To temporarily turn off Data Protector:

Start Norton

If you see the My Norton window, then next to Device Security, click Open (click chart to enlarge)

In the Norton product main window, click Settings

Then click Antivirus

In the Antivirus window, click the Data Protector tab

In the Data Protector row, move the On/Off switch to Off

Click Apply

Then click 15 minutes

After you click 15 minutes, then install Brother's Keeper
